Dispute resolution
The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. The EU now maintains a directory of consumer dispute-resolution bodies at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. I am not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
