You have a system that is slow, fragile, or about to double in load. I read the code, measure it, and hand you a written diagnosis with a prioritised plan. It ends with a document, not a dependency.
6–12 weeks
Fixed-scope build
One defined piece of system shipped to production: an ingest pipeline, a real-time dashboard, an API layer, a migration. Handed over with documentation your team can maintain.
3+ months
Embedded senior engineer
I join your team, own an area, and leave it better documented than I found it.
